Throughout our lives, we have been told how things are supposed to be while experiencing how things are. From self-image to worldview, we are dissatisfied. But how have you as an individual, taken action? And if you haven't, will you?

We are Generation Y:
Life is new, yet familiar to us. Immediate satisfaction is the only way for us to stay sane. We are classified as lazy. We are the epitome of entitlement, but why shouldn't we be?

We are millennials that have more than 1,000 reasons to feel deserving. Why shouldn't we indulge ourselves in the dreams that we had when we were young? Why shouldn't we spend all of our money on travel, adventure, and mistakes?

The past is the past, and we should leave it there because we all have the answers at the tip of our tongues. Our youth is the perfect time to figure out when and how to speak up - not dwell on the times that we just didn't know the answer.

Finding the answer won't come easily, but looking for it begins now, and begins with us.

Above All: You're entitled to it.

The goal is to start a movement:

We all have watched young adults in our community step aside and let others make decisions for them. We have watched our own opinions become muted by routine and negativity. We have watched individuals become suppressed by the nature of our large communities. We have listened to people claim that their ideas do not matter.

When did we stop being dreamers? When did our actions become subdued by others' lack of action? When did we stop being the artists and innovators that we were born to be?

Each one of us, as individuals, is so lucky to have our own opinions. Yes, opinions cause conflict, but conflict leads to resolution. We need resolution and we need change. The world needs to know what is important to you as an individual. You're entitled to share your voice. The Above All: Movement is giving you the opportunity to let everyone see and hear what you have to say.

We all have a passion that we have lost sight of because of our daily distractions. We all have something that we want changed. We all have a voice worth hearing. If we speak loudly enough, change will occur.

We don't deserve to be victim to these statistics. We are more than just a number, and our voices retain power with numbers.

Above All: BE

Above All:
Speak loudly, love hard, die fun, and change often.

Above All: Be your own case study.
